Blogging is a highly effective means by which leaders can
disseminate information quickly to a group of interested people. It allows the blogger and readers the
opportunity to learn from each other by interacting about similar experiences
through the exchange of ideas, reflections, opinions, data, etc. Educational leaders can use blogs to develop
their expertise through the mutual exchange of information with other leaders
in the field.
